To the first question, the answer is a simple YES. Unfortunately. There is no magic potion that can wipe out or erase past memories. We all come with baggage. We just strive to rise above them. With help!
To the second question, the simple answer is GO TO HELL AND STAY THERE! A ‘take no prisoners’ attitude is the knee jerk reaction!

While I find it much easier to put my thoughts and insights on micro-blogging platforms such as Twitter and Yammer, somehow my brain cells seem to freeze when it comes to writing a blog post.So what is it about writing a blog post that terrifies me … Thought it is best if I note them down and share it with others than keep them in my head
